Share Your Wedding With Wedding Paper Divas
Getting engaged is always one of the best days of your life, but the months following can often be hectic and full of stress. There is just so much to do in preparation for the big day, so many people to tell, invite and plan for… Luckily Wedding Paper Divas is here to take care of all the paperwork.
6 Months Out From Your Wedding…
Generally 6 months from the big day is when you send out your save the date’s. If you are newly engaged it’s also a great time to create a free wedding website on Wedding Paper Divas. Their free wedding websites look beautiful and provide you with a great spot to make all of your wedding announcemets, share your engagement photos, start a wedding blog, and collect RSVP’s. You’ll be surprised the speed that you get your RSVP’s back by allowing people to RSVP online in addition to by mail.
Wedding Paper Divas has a giant collection of save the date stationary that you can either purchase with the rest of your wedding stock or separately. If you are looking to coordinate all of your printed material for the wedding, then it’s best to start looking now and get a style picked out. If you are just going to order the save the date’s then order the invites separately it’s as easy as picking through their collection and personalizing your favorite.
4-6 Months Out…
You are likely going to mail out your invitations about 2 months prior to the big day, so you will want to start looking through the WPD collection at about 6 months and get them ordered by 4 months. This gives you plenty of time to correct any mistakes or make any changes if needed.
You will want to order a complete suite from WPD… This includes everything you will need: Wedding Invitations, Response Cards, Enclosure Cards and Thank You Cards. One order and you are good to go.
1 Month Out…
Time to start getting ready for the big day. This includes ordering your day of essentials from Wedding Paper Divas which will include Programs, Menus, Table Cards and Place Cards. You will have to customize these, so it’s best to wait to order them until the program is set, and you have a better idea of who will and will not be attending.
Now is also the time to order and mail out the rehearsal dinner invitations. You could complete this step earlier, but it’s my experience that the details of the dinner tend to get pushed off until closer to the month of the wedding.
Post Wedding Stationary
Most of what you send out after your big day should be mailed by the second week after returning from your honeymoon. Remember to send out the wedding announcement, thank you cards, and to add your wedding album to your website. Obviously these all have to wait until your photographer has had a chance to process all of your photos and get the album back to you.
I know that the entire process can seem like it’s going to be a ton of work and pricey, but I encourage you to visit the Wedding Paper Divas website and check out their guide to getting started. If it still seems like too much, contact a team member and let them help you get started, it’s what they do. Also be sure to visit our coupon page to save as much as 33% on your total order.
